Addventures BV is a network organisation of business development consultants and service providers with a strong track record in emerging markets. Addventures' associates have assisted more than 150 companies, from Vietnam to Peru, and from Russia to Mozambique.

Addventures is managed by Jos Matti (1956). He has a master's degree in tropical animal production and epidemiology, and spent the first eight years of his career in Africa (SNV, FAO). Following five years of free-lance work he joined Advance Consulting as a managing partner. He left the organisation in 2007 to set up Addventures. Addventures assists European companies that are planning to invest or develop their business in emerging markets. We focus on feasibility studies, buisiness plan development, financing (including subsidies) and technical assistance, always combining international business development with corporate social responsibility. 

Jos is experienced in investment planning and financing (including PSOM and PESP) and has a genuine interest in equity financing in emerging markets. Although - he admits - an entrenched bachelor, he focuses strongly on partnership building, convinced that international business is like  a marriage, but probably even more challenging and certianly more ad(d)venturous .. To keep his feet firmly on the ground he recently started training as a private pilote (see one of his first landings on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3oANhBh3TeA)
